Companion Hospice Foundation

The Companion Hospice Foundation accepts gifts, bequests and memorials in honor of loved ones. Your gift is greatly appreciated and is tax deductible.Companion Hospice receives many gifts from families we have served. We have established the Companion Hospice Foundation to receive these gifts and direct these funds to various programs that benefit the communities we serve and healthcare professionals working in end of life care.

The Companion Hospice Foundation was established to:

  • Provide education for healthcare professionals, especially advanced training in hospice and palliative care, to better serve patients facing terminal illness and end of life issues,
  • Provide education about end of life care and grief and bereavement services to the communities we serve,
  • Assist those in our communities who need help with things not provided by hospice, and
  • Support other organizations that provide services to improve end of life care.

The Companion Hospice Foundation accepts gifts, bequests and memorials in honor of loved ones. Your gift is greatly appreciated and is tax deductible. Donations are deposited in the Oklahoma City Community Foundation Fund for the Companion Hospice Foundation.

Donations should be made to the "Companion Hospice Foundation". You will receive a note of thanks and a receipt for tax purposes.
